AI-generated suggestions are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming all reminder details before saving.

Remindrr is a productivity tool and does not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. For critical obligations, consult qualified professionals.


7. Availability and Modifications

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time, with or without notice.


8. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, code, and branding are owned by MDM Solutions unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or reverse engineer the App except as permitted by law.


9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MDM Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the App.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms or applicable laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India.
