1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using QuikInvoice ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. The App is developed and maintained by MDM Solutions ("we," "our," or "us").


2. Description of Service

QuikInvoice is a free, offline mobile application that allows users to create, preview, save, and share professional PDF invoices. The App does not require internet access, user registration, or any personal data to function.


3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and commercial invoicing purposes on any Android device you own or control.


4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy and completeness of all invoice data you enter.
  • Compliance with local tax laws, invoicing regulations, and business requirements in your jurisdiction.
  • Backing up your invoice data. Since data is stored locally, uninstalling the App or clearing data will result in permanent loss of saved invoices.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The App will meet your specific requirements.
  • The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • The results (invoices, calculations) will be accurate or reliable.
  • Any errors in the App will be corrected.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MDM Solutions, its founders, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.


7. Tax & Legal Compliance

QuikInvoice is a tool to help you create invoices. It is NOT a substitute for professional accounting or legal advice. We do not guarantee that invoices generated by the App comply with the tax laws or invoicing regulations of any specific country, state, or jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring compliance.


8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, templates, and branding within the App are the intellectual property of MDM Solutions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our written permission.


9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.


10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India.
