1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Mobilyzer ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is developed and maintained by MDM Solutions ("we," "our," or "us").


2. Description of Service

Mobilyzer is a free, offline-first Android application that provides real-time device health monitoring, storage analysis, junk file cleanup, duplicate file detection, battery health tracking, network speed testing, device benchmarking, and background health monitoring.


3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal purposes on any Android device you own or control.


4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Understanding that file deletion (junk cleanup, duplicate removal) is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • Reviewing files before deletion. We are not responsible for accidentally deleted files.
  • Granting appropriate permissions for the App to function correctly.
  • Maintaining device backups before performing cleanup operations.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

  • The App will meet your specific requirements.
  • The health scores, benchmark results, or battery estimates will be 100% accurate.
  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • File scanning and deletion will work flawlessly on all device configurations.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MDM Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, files, or device functionality, arising from your use of the App.


7. File Operations Disclaimer

Mobilyzer provides tools to scan for and delete junk files and duplicate files. These operations modify your device's storage. Always review files before deletion. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from cleanup operations.


8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within the App are the intellectual property of MDM Solutions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our written permission.


9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time without notice.


10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.


11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India.
