Welcome to Mobilyzer ("we," "our," or "us"). Mobilyzer is developed and maintained by MDM Solutions. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application ("App").


2. Information We Collect

**Mobilyzer does NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers.** The App operates entirely on-device and all data remains local.


Specifically:

  • We do NOT collect your name, email, phone number, or any personal information.
  • We do NOT use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.
  • We do NOT access your contacts, camera, or location.
  • We do NOT require an internet connection to function (except for the optional speed test feature).

3. Data Storage

All health scan results, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device. This data:

  • Remains entirely on your device.
  • Is never uploaded to any server or cloud service.
  • Is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear the App's data.

4. Permissions

Mobilyzer requests only the permissions necessary for its core functionality:

  • **Storage Access**: To scan, analyze, and clean junk/duplicate files.
  • **Network Access**: Only for the optional speed test feature (user-initiated).
  • **Notification Permission**: To alert you about critical device health conditions.
  • **Usage Stats**: To display app usage tracking (requires user grant in Settings).
  • **Boot Receiver**: To restart background health monitoring after device reboot.

5. Speed Test Feature

The speed test feature connects to Cloudflare endpoints to measure download/upload speed and latency. This is user-initiated only. No personal data is sent during the test.


6. Third-Party Services

Mobilyzer does NOT integrate with any third-party analytics, ad networks, or data brokers.


7. Children's Privacy

Mobilyzer does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The App does not collect personal information from any user.


8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
