1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CloudSplit ("App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is developed and maintained by MDM Solutions ("we," "our," or "us").


2. Description of Service

CloudSplit is a free Android application that helps users distribute files across multiple Google Drive accounts. The App also provides P2P file sharing, auto-backup, and duplicate detection features.


3. Google Account Access

CloudSplit requires you to connect Google accounts via OAuth2. You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have the right to use each Google account you connect.
  • Understanding that CloudSplit uploads files to your Google Drive, consuming your storage quota.
  • Managing your connected accounts and revoking access when desired.

4. File Operations

You acknowledge that:

  • Files uploaded via CloudSplit count against your Google Drive storage quota.
  • The 20 GB per-session limit is a safety measure and does not guarantee available space.
  • CloudSplit splits files across accounts using an automated algorithm. Review the split plan before uploading.
  • P2P transfers occur over local Wi-Fi and CloudSplit is not responsible for network security.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

  • Uploads will complete without interruption.
  • The split algorithm will distribute files optimally for your needs.
  • Google Drive quotas displayed are 100% accurate in real-time.

6. Limitation of Liability

MDM Solutions is not liable for any data loss, storage quota issues, Google account problems, or file transfer failures arising from use of the App.


7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within the App are the intellectual property of MDM Solutions.


8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time.


9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India.
